                      Bankruptcy practice

 My law office will represent you anywhere in California. My Attorney fees for Chapters 7 and 13 cases are very reasonable and affordable in view of my specialization and expertize in the field of consumer bankruptcy law. When you hire any board certified specialist in bankruptcy law to handle your bankruptcy, you can be sure of a very good result and less or no error in handling your case. I fulfilled all the requirements listed below to be certified as a specialist by the American Board of Certification (www.abcworld.org):

1. Attorney applicant must be engaged in the continuous practice of law for at least five years before applying for certification
2. Attorney applicant must be in good standing in all jurisdictions where he has been licensed to practice law
3. Attorney applicant must make a satisfactory showing of experience through substantial involvement in the practice of bankruptcy law which includes devotion of at least 30 percent of practice time to bankruptcy law and participation in at least 30 adversary proceedings or contested matters in bankruptcy court as lead counsel
4. Attorney must have participated in at least 60 hours of continuing legal education in bankruptcy law within 36 months of applying for certification
5. The Attorney must undergo peer review by 9 lawyers familiar with the competence and qualification of the applicant in the field of bankruptcy law, five of those lawyers must be opposing counsel in bankruptcy courts

6.   The attorney applicant must pass a written examination on bankruptcy law which includes professional ethics. The examination is written in five hours.

  Attorney fees for Chapter 11 or 12 cases are paid on an hourly basis. Payment plan is available.

   I also represent creditors in bankruptcy cases. I have successfully represented hundreds of debtors in chapter 7 and 13 cases. I am currently representing some debtors in chapter 11 cases.

Taxation practice

   I represent individuals, partnerships, corporations and other taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), United States Tax Court, among others. My services include but are not limited to:

  *Making offers in compromise

  *Proposing installmental payments of delinquent taxes, penalties and interests

     *Abatement of penalties and/or interests

     *Amendment of tax returns to reduce  tax liabilities, penalties and interests.

     *Discharge of certain taxes through bankruptcy chapter 7

     *Confirming chapters 11 and 13 plans that will enable debtors pay their back taxes through bankruptcy.

     *Elimination of tax liens through bankruptcy or other means.

    * Rendition of advice on income, estate and gift taxes

    *Resolution of tax disputes with Employment Development Department (EDD) and Franchise Tax Board (FTB).

    *Drafting of estate plans such as living trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills and powers of attorney.

    * Rendition of advice on international taxation and money laundering offenses.

   * Defense of taxpayers charged with tax crimes in federal courts

      *litigation of trusts, wills & powers of attorney disputes before any court of law.
