 Attorney fee for Chapter 7 is $1500.

 Attorney fee for Chapter 13 is $4000 for an individual who works for another person and $4300 for an individual who is self-employed. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of your case. Attorney fees for Chapter 11 or 12 cases are paid on an hourly basis.

   I also represent creditors in bankruptcy cases. I have successfully represented over 200 debtors in chapter 7 and 13 cases. I am currently representing some debtors in chapter 11 cases.

   I represent individuals, partnerships, corporations and other taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), United States Tax Court, among others. My services include but are not limited to:

I can reduce the balance or wipe out a second and third mortgages on a real property, as long as the value of the mortgaged property is less than the value of the first mortgage. In addition, I may represent you at all hearings including confirmation hearing, objections to plan, motion for relief from the automatic stay etc.

Unlike chapters 12 and 13, chapter 11 bankruptcy is designed to save businesses owned by individuals partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations which are making less income than they are spending. Under chapter 7, I will assist you to eliminate (cancel) any  credit card debts, collections and other unsecured non-priority debts  and you will never have to pay them again. I may be able to help you keep your home, car and other valuable assets under California exemption laws in the process of eliminating your credit card debts.
